This Privacy Notice explains how KindCompass Solutions collects and uses personal information submitted through the HUMANLY “Share Your Interest” form.

Please do not include sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your suggestion.

We collect this information to:

- review suggestions or expressions of interest for HUMANLY

- understand whether a suggested person may be a good fit for the series

- contact you by email if relevant

- manage possible future HUMANLY conversations

Submitting the form does not guarantee participation in HUMANLY.

4. Newsletter consent

If you choose to opt in to receive updates from KindCompass Solutions, we may use your email address to send occasional reflections, resources and updates, including future HUMANLY conversations.

This is optional. You can unsubscribe or withdraw your consent at any time.

The information you provide may be stored through Jotform and/or other tools used by KindCompass Solutions to manage communications and submissions.

We will keep HUMANLY form submissions only for as long as reasonably necessary to review and manage suggestions or expressions of interest.

If you subscribe to receive updates, we will keep your email address until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent.

Your information will be accessed only by KindCompass Solutions and by the service providers used to collect, store or manage the information, such as Jotform and email/newsletter tools.
