Gabriele Tozzi
Executive Director
Executive coach with over 20 years of leadership experience in the international creative industry, including executive and managing director roles across Europe, the Americas, and Asia.
He holds a degree in Philosophy and a postgraduate specialization in Coaching, with professional accreditations including ICF PCC, EMCC Senior Practitioner, Licensed NLP Coach, and Certified Behavioral Consultant.
He works internationally, bringing a deep understanding of leadership, multicultural dynamics, and complex decision-making environments.
Urairat Hiranchotiwit
President
Intercultural facilitator and entrepreneur with extensive experience in Europe, Asia, and North America.
She designs and delivers programs that foster communication, mutual understanding, and meaningful collaboration across cultures and perspectives.
Her work reflects a strong sensitivity to relational dynamics and intercultural awareness at the core of KindCompass Solutions.
