So...what's HUMANLY?
HUMANLY was born from a simple idea: creating thoughtful conversations around the human side of leadership — through people, stories, experiences and reflections that might resonate with others navigating similar responsibilities and tensions.
Many people in leadership roles today are trying, in different ways, to balance professional excellence with empathy, wellbeing, authenticity and a more sustainable way of working and relating to others.
These conversations are meant to offer a small space for reflection, inspiration and shared humanity — not through abstract theories, but through real experiences, honest perspectives and meaningful ideas.
What the conversation looks like
The format is intentionally simple and informal.

During the conversation, Gabriele will simply guide the dialogue by offering a few prompts connected to leadership, people, challenges, growth and the human side of professional life, so that you can feel comfortable and the conversation can unfold as naturally as possible.
The audio will be recorded only for editorial purposes and later transformed into a short written article, which will be published through Gabriele’s LinkedIn newsletter.
Of course, before publication, the article will always be shared with you for review, edits and approval.
